What payment methods do you accept?

You can checkout using all types of credit and debit cards, using the PayPal Express payment option. We do not accept cash on delivery payments.

How secure is my online order?

When you shop online with your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then encrypted with SSL and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are pre-authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

What are the delivery times?

All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Generally all orders are processed within 1-2 business days of the order date and shipped the next business day (excluding weekends).

Once the package has been delivered to the GLS courier, shipping times are 1/2 working day

Once shipped, all tracking information will be sent via email. The tracking code received will give real-time updates regarding the package. If your tracking number is still not available 3 business days after your order has been shipped, please contact us via email.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer customers free shipping for orders of €100 or more

How can I track my order?

We will email you with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Feel free to track your order on our tracking page (Track Your Order).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I cancel my order after purchase?

If the request is made before the order is shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, a returns process is required.

What happens if the items I received are defective, incorrect or damaged?

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order if you have received an incorrect, missing and/or defective product. Please include your order number, photographs of the items and any references relating to the receipt of the package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How can I return my order?

Please contact us at resi@hordabrand.com you will receive all the information to support your request. Our customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

How long does the returns process take?

Returns can take up to 7 business days to process from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed.

When can a return request not be accepted?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

  • Product not liked by the customer
  • Items purchased by mistake
  • Shipping address provided incorrectly
  • Product not collected by the customer during delivery
