How secure is my online order?

When you make online purchases with your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are pre-authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

DELIVERY OF AN ORDER

What are the delivery times?

How can I track my order?

We'll send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Feel free to track your order on our tracking page (Track Your Order).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I cancel my order after purchase?

If the request is made before the order has shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, a return process is required.

What happens if the items I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order if you receive an incorrect, missing, or defective product. Please include your order number, photos of the items, and any references relating to receiving the package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

How can I return my order?

Please contact us at resi@hordabrand.com for all the information needed to support your request. Our customer service team will review the return request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

How long does the return process take?

Returns may take up to 7 business days to process from the day we receive your return. We'll send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed.

When can a return request not be accepted?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

  • Product not liked by the customer
  • Items purchased by mistake
  • Shipping address provided incorrectly
  • Product not collected by the customer during delivery
