At Horda, your satisfaction is our priority. We want your purchase to be perfect, which is why we have created a simple return policy designed to guarantee you the ideal fit.

🔄 Size and Model Exchange (Free)

Ordered the wrong size or would you prefer a different model? No problem! Exchanges are completely free. Horda covers all costs:

  • Home pickup of the product you want to exchange.

  • New shipment of the replacement item directly to your home.

📝 Return Conditions

For your exchange request to be accepted, please make sure that:

  1. The product is in its original condition, unwashed and never used.

  2. All tags and seals are still attached.

  3. The request is submitted within 15 days of receiving the order.

To start a size or model exchange, email info@hordabrand.com with your order number and the item you would like to receive instead. We'll take care of the rest!

💰 Refunds

Please note that, as company policy, product refunds are accepted within 15 days of receipt, and the cost of shipping to our warehouse is borne by the customer. Once the parcel is back with us, we will refund you using the same payment method you used.

Throughout September and October, shipping within Italy is free on orders from €49

Throughout September and October, shipping to Europe is free on orders from €59.

Return and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange.

Timeframe for Return Request:

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods to request a return. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.

Types of Returns:

  1. Product Replacement or Size Exchange:Shipping Costs: Entirely covered by Horda Brand.
  2. Procedure: If you wish to replace an item with another product or request a size exchange, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. We will arrange for the collection of the item to be replaced and the shipment of the new item at no additional cost to you. The new product will be shipped once the returned item has been received and verified.
  3. Unwanted Product / Right of Withdrawal:Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning the goods to our warehouse are borne by the customer.
  4. Procedure: If the product received is not to your liking and you wish for a refund, you must notify us within 15 days of receipt. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item.

Conditions for Return:


For a return to be accepted, products must be in the following conditions:

  • They must not have been washed or altered in any way.
  • They must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
  • They must be intact and show no signs of wear, damage, or defects (unless present at the time of receipt and promptly reported).
