How to make a return/exchange
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days, starting from the date of receipt of the package, to return your products.
- Send an email to resi@hordabrand.com
- You will receive all the instructions for making the return
- Place the products inside the original box or an equally sturdy one. Make sure to remove the previous shipping labels and replace them with the return one. The Product(s) must be returned in their original condition.
- Go to the nearest post office to send the package. The return address is as follows:

You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items and when the new product will be shipped in case of large/small size or defective product
Shipping costs incurred for returning products are the responsibility of the end customer.
Once received in the warehouse, the return will be processed and, if compliant with the required conditions, credited back to the payment type used at the time of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email when the return is successfully completed. The shipping costs (by us) offered free of charge at the time of purchase on our site (offered by us free of charge) are not refundable as they cost us €5, so the price of the product will be evaluated, minus the shipping costs.

The company Horda Srls cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage of the returned package.
For all shipments to countries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the country to which the shipment is being made.
Payment of these fees is essential to allow customs clearance of the order.
It is not possible to calculate the exact amount you will pay for taxes and duties, so please check before placing an order.
