What payment methods do you accept?
You can checkout using all types of credit and debit cards, using the PayPal Express payment option. We accept cash on delivery payments only for orders from Italy
Where do you ship from?
We are an Italian brand and we ship from Italy to the following countries:
France
Germany
Belgium
Luxembourg
Austria
Netherlands
What are the shipping costs?
We offer the customer free shipping (in Italy) for orders equal to or greater than €50, in Europe instead the shipping costs are equal to €10 and free for orders equal to or greater than €100
How secure is my online order?
When you shop online with your credit card, all of your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are pre-authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
DELIVERY OF AN ORDER
What are the delivery times?
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Generally all orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day (excluding weekends).
The order reception times once the package has been delivered to the BRT courier are 1/2 working day in ITALY and 3/4 working days in the EU
Once shipped, all tracking information will be sent via email. The tracking code received will give real-time updates regarding your package. If your tracking number is still not available after 3 business days of your order being shipped, please contact us via email.
How can I track my order?
We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Feel free to track your order on our tracking page (Track Your Order).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
If the request is made before the order has been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, a return process is required.
What happens if the items I received are defective, incorrect or damaged?
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order if you have received an incorrect, missing and/or defective product. Please include your order number, photographs of the items and any references to when you received your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
How can I return my order?
Please contact us at resi@hordabrand.com and you will receive all the information to support your request. Our customer service will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.
How long does the return process take?
Returns may take up to 7 business days to process from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed.
When can a return request not be accepted?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:
- Product not liked by the customer
- Items purchased by mistake
- Shipping address provided incorrectly
- Product not collected by the customer during delivery
