How to make a return/exchange

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days, starting from the date of receipt of the package, to return your products and request an exchange of goods or size.

1. Send an email to info@hordabrand.com
   
   
2. You will receive all the instructions for making the return
   
   
3. Place the products in the original box or another equally sturdy one. Be sure to remove the previous shipping labels and replace them with the return label. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition.
   
   
4. Go to the nearest post office to ship the package. The return address is as follows:

You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items and when the new product will be shipped in case of large/small size or defective product

The shipping costs incurred for the return of products (exchange of goods or size) are at our expense for orders equal to or greater than €99, while all orders under €99 are at the customer's expense.

Once received in the warehouse, the return will be processed and, if compliant with the required conditions, credited back to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been successfully completed. The free shipping costs (on our part) offered when purchasing on our site are non-refundable as they cost us €5.99. We will therefore calculate the price of the product minus the shipping costs.

Horda Srls cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the returned package.

For all shipments to countries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the country to which the shipment is being sent.
Payment of these fees is essential to allow the order to clear customs.
It's not possible to calculate the exact amount you'll pay for taxes and duties, so please check before placing an order.
