Return and Exchange Policy

Timeframe for Return Request:
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to request a return. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.

Product Replacement or Size Exchange:Shipping Costs: Entirely covered by Horda Brand.

Procedure: If you wish to replace an item with another product or request a size exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for the collection of the item to be replaced and the shipment of the new item at no additional cost to you. The new product will be shipped once the returned item has been received and verified.

Unwanted Product / Right of Withdrawal:Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning the goods to our warehouse are borne by the customer.

Procedure: If the product received is not to your liking and you wish for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item.
Conditions for Return:
For a return to be accepted, products must be in the following conditions:
