How to make a return/exchange
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days, starting from the date of receipt of the package, to return your products and request an exchange of goods or size.
- Send an email to info@hordabrand.com
- You will receive all the instructions for making the return
- Place the products inside the original box or an equally sturdy one. Make sure to remove the previous shipping labels and replace them with the return one. The Product(s) must be returned in their original condition.
- Go to the nearest post office to send the package. The return address is as follows:

You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items and when the new product will be shipped in case of large/small size or defective product
The shipping costs incurred for the return of the products (exchange of goods or size) are at our expense for orders equal to or greater than €99, while all orders under €99 are at the expense of the customer.
Once received in the warehouse, the return will be processed and, if compliant with the required conditions, credited back to the payment type used at the time of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email when the return is successfully completed. The shipping costs (by us) offered free of charge at the time of purchase on our site are not refundable as they cost us €5.99, so the price of the product will be evaluated, minus the shipping costs.
